What You’ll Need

- Card or felt in festive colours
- Scissors
- Glue (suitable for fabric or craft projects)
- Optional: Ribbon for hanging, stuffing for 3D effect
Steps to Create Your Decorations
1. Print and Cut Out the Template - Scroll to the bottom of this post to find the templates for Percy Penguin, Pip the Polar Bear, and Holly the Robin. Save and print your chosen design. Carefully cut out the template pieces.
2. Trace and Cut the Shapes - Use the template pieces to trace shapes onto your card or felt. Then cut out the pieces.
3. Assemble and Glue - Refer to the photos to layer the pieces as shown and glue together. Felt pieces can be stitched together if preferred.
4. Add a Ribbon (Optional) - If you’d like to use your creation as a tree decoration, glue a thin loop of ribbon to the back.
5. Create a 3D Decoration (Optional) - Want to add a little more dimension? Make two of the same decoration, glue them together (back to back) along the edges, and leave a small gap. Stuff with cotton or felt scraps for a fun 3D effect, then seal the gap.
